Basic product shipping policy

         Payment is requested upon placement of order by credit card

         Standard Orders will be verified and shipped Monday thru Thursday

         Friday orders,  presented  for Saturday Delivery  are available

                        - a Saturday delivery fee will be imposed to all orders shipped.

         

         All Blood Product orders are shipped OVERNIGHT

         Fresh Frozen Plasma, Frozen Plasma, Cryo (dry Ice) 

         Packed Red Blood cells  (cold pack) 

       

         SAME DAY SHIP Orders Placed after 3pm until 6pm  EASTERN  TIME                                                            

                  will be considered URGENT and will incur an "URGENT transport fee"

                      if next day delivery is required ($50.00) to our local airport

 

       SAME DAY SHIP Orders Placed after 6pm until 8pm  EASTERN  TIME

                   will be considered EMERGENCY  and will incur an "EMERGENCY transport fee"  

                       if next day delivery is  required ($100.00) to our local  airport

 

 

** Remember to Group your items orders to save on your shipping costs  

    FROZEN  Items are shipped separately from COLD Items.  

                    **When possible we will place 2 coolers into one large box to save on shipping costs.

ALL shipping charges are kept to the minimum amounts.. as a Pass thru charge  

Rising Oil/fuel prices have increased the price of all Styrofoam coolers.

We offer a  *rebate*  when clean empty coolers & ICE Packs are returned to us 

using the included postage paid label... 

 

We feel that this will help to offset cooler costs

& also will allow us to be more environmentally friendly!
